Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from DoseDock. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at paijiang39@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food items, used personal-care products, and items that have been used with skin, scalp, medication, liquids, or wellness products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale once opened:
- Food and comfort products, including ginger chews
- Personal-care items, including scalp massagers and serum-delivery products
- Hygiene-related prep accessories
- Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase if fulfillment has not started. After fulfillment begins, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.
